26th October 2003 A good final day of jumping at the Mccormicks Fall Record event with the jump event going to on form Ryan Dodd with a best jump of 70.1m (230 ft) with Freddy and Scot close behind on 69.8m (229 ft) and 68.3m (224 ft).

25th October 2003 At the Mccormicks Fall Record event 68.6m (225 ft) from Freddy Krueger leads after the first round on Saturday.

24th October 2003 Mccormicks Fall Record this weekend is set to bring down the World Jump record. In perfect conditions today it was reported that in practice, Scot Ellis jumped over 73 m, thats over 240 feet.
We will keep you updated over the weekend.


22nd October 2003 Barefoot fans in the UK can see the World Champion David Small on National TV on Saturday.
David appears in the "Feel the sportsman round" of they think it's all over on BBC 1, a comedy sports quiz. In this round two of the contestants are blindfolded and have to guess who the athlete is. It's a really fun show and you will certainly enjoy it!


22nd October 2003 The two Ryans are 1st and 2nd in the jump event at the Tri Lakes Fall Record at the weekend.
First was Ryan Dodd with a best jump of 67.4m (221 ft) and second was Ryan Fitts scoring 66.1m (217 ft).

20th October 2003 The Asher brothers head a strong team with Louisiana Lafayette winning the Collegiate Nationals from Austin in Texas this weekend.

Tom Asher lifted the overall crown after winning the jump event and brother Will won the slalom event as expected with an outstanding score and new PB of 3.50 @ 10.25m.

19th October 2003 The World Racing Championships from Long Beach USA.
After a long hard week Martie Wells finished at the top of the leader board ahead of early leader Stephen Robertson.

14th October 2003 4th World Wakeboard Championshis from the Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith, Australia. Amber Wing from Australia and Chris Laske take the titles in a close event at Sydney. Australia take the team title ahead of USA and New Zealand. Click here for results.

The Sesena Ski & Wake Training Center. 14th October 2003 A great weekend at the Sesena Ski & Wake Training Center near Toledo in Spain where the International Slalom was a real success, they had superb water conditions that joined with their new Nautique which gave the skiers the opportunity to perform to their best.

They achieved 3 new pending National Records, Ivan Morros broke the Spanish men slalom record with 2.00@10.25m.
Cristina Medem broke the Spanish women slalom record setting it at 0.50@11.25m and Jaime Freitas broke the Portuguese men slalom record running 11.25m and scoring 2 buoys on the 10.75m line.
Certainly the place to go in Europe for records.

Over at the Castilla la March International Slalom Ivan Morros won the mens event scoring 1.00@10.25m.

7th October 2003 Over 850 photographs from the Tournament World Championships now on line and available for sale from Tom Grey. Click here for full details.

6th October 2003 Over the weekend some good results from some event in the USA, The Cypress Fall Record saw Charles Mueller score 0.50 @ 10.25m and over at the Ski the Ridge Record Slalom Gardner Gallaspy, another skier running 10.75m with a score of 3.00 @ 10.25m.

At Jack Travers Sunset Fall Clasic some world class performances with Jesper Cassoe jumping 70.1m (230 feet) ahead of Sebastian Dipasqua with 68.2m (224 feet)

Ladies jump was won by Marina Mosti who had an outstanding weekend jumping 52.2m (171 feet) ad scoring 5.50 @ 11.25m in the slalom and 6730 points in tricks.

Mens slalom saw Chris Parish put up the best score for the day with 3.00 @ 10.25m.


5th October 2003 The 2003 Cable Wakeboard Championships from Logan Park, Queensland is dominated by Germany. Click here for full results.
