Skiers from countries who are members of the European Union are advised to bring form E-111. This will ensure free medical emergency treatment. Such form is obtainable by the health authorities in your home country.
The organisers reserve the right to distribute promotional clothing. Such clothing must be worn at the site during the competition and prize giving. Failure to do so may result in that prize money may be withdrawn from those who do not comply.
Regarding cash prizes the club treasurer has checked with the tax authorities. We are not allowed to hand out money at the podium for the skiers to take home. Each skier must pay 15% tax on the net amount prize money. Each skier must make a separate contract with the club in order to know how their tax rate is. This rate is imposed on the club and we must abide by it. The money will then be sent to each skier’s bank account after the competition. To find out how this affects you please get in touch with the treasurer Marit Hoel
