27th August 2007 Open World Championships Linz - Steyregg, Austria.

The event gets under way on Tuesday morning with Slalom and tricks. There will not be a web cast, but Planetwaterski.com will be at the event from Thursday morning to provide the official scoreboard and chat. This will go out live on Planetwaterski.com as soon as we get set up on Thursday morning.

Results will be updated all week as the come in.

26th August 2007 Jaret Llewellyn makes it 2 in a row as he sets the mark of 66,7m. Freddy failed again to overcome the pressure allowing Jason Seels to take second place with 65,1m. A most welcome podium position for Scot Ellis scoring 64,0m Click here for the full set of final results.

26th August 2007 After 2 prelim rounds Freddy Krueger leads going into the final at night with 69,2m from Jaret Llewellyn with 68,6m. Third is Jason Seels with 65,9m. Click here for the full set of results.

Over at the Pro-Am Nic Parsons took the head to head final from Marcus Brown. Full details later.

20th August 2007 London Night Jump at Liquid Leisure.

Confirmed today, the London Night Jump will be web cast live on Planetwaterski.com by WaterSkier Software.

20th August 2007 Ski Full Stretch Pro-Am event at Princes.

Confirmed, the Pro-Am will be web cast live on Webcast TV.

This will include the Head to Head on Sunday.

12th August 2007 Today and next weekend will see the National Championships take place in most countries and then its back to the serious stuff of winning money. For the next month, Europe will host the worlds elite as they descend on London in England.

On the 24th August, the best slalom skiers will ski at Princes in the Ski Full Stretch Pro-Am event.

Last year Jamie Beauchesne took the money winning the head to head from the three Brits Will Asher, Jodi Fisher and Glenn Campbell. The final Head to Head will be on the Sunday afternoon allowing everyone time to get over to the London Night Jump at Liquid Leisure.

This event is the biggest water ski club party with a chance to watch the best jumper in the world competed for a big cash prize in the dark. If you can get to London for this weekend you will experience the best trip of the year in the world!

7th August 2007 Due to exceptional demand there is currently a waiting list for the Orange #1. Fisher Waterskis had an exceptional 2006 with major wins all over the world, including the World Cup title.

Much hard work has gone in to push this brand to the highest level both on and off the water. There is now a hi-tech web site delivering a complete service. Click on the logo to visit the site.

In the next month we will have the ultimate tests for the ski as it will be put through its paces at the World Championships in Austria, the World Cup in Northern Ireland and the Pro Am at Jodi's home lake of Princes in England.

6th August 2007 Mastercraft Pro Slalom - Skyview Lake

Classic win for Jamie Beauchesne with a best score of 3.50 @ 10.25m from Thomas Degasperi with 3.00 @ 10.25m

Natalie Hamrick collected the money in the ladies event with her best score of the weekend being 2.00 @ 10.75m

6th August 2007 EAME Under 21 Championships- Brescia, Italy

World Junior Champion Alex Anthony takes the bronze medal in the overall on his move up to under 21 behind Adam Sedlmajer and Herman Beliakou.

Nicole Arthur takes the ladies slalom title scoring 4.00 @ 11.25m and Matteo Luzzeri the mens with a best score of 3.00 @ 10.75m

Stephen Critchley set the best jump distance with 61.9m and fresh from her World Cup 2nd place in jump at Dubna Nancy Chardin wins the ladies overall and jump titles.
